Boundary Lab Deploy
Advanced loudspeaker array prediction and acoustic analysis
Early Access
Boundary Lab Deploy is an open source desktop application for designing and simulating loudspeaker deployments. Powered by the Boundary Lab acoustic simulation engine, it enables users to arrange loudspeakers in a 3D environment, visualize sound pressure coverage, and investigate acoustic interactions between cabinets and their surroundings.
Unlike conventional prediction tools that rely solely on polar data and pattern superposition, Boundary Lab Deploy offers advanced physics-aware coupled FEM/BEM/LEM simulations to account for cabinet scattering, mutual acoustic coupling, and changes in transducer behavior resulting from array configurations and boundary interactions.
Explore coverage, electrical impedance, driver excursion, acoustic loading, and more to gain a deeper understanding of how loudspeaker systems behave in real-world deployments.
Minimum System Requirements
Operating System: Windows 10/11 (64-bit) or macOS 11 or newer
Processor: 64-bit Intel/AMD CPU or Apple M1 or newer
Memory: 8 GB RAM minimum; 16 GB recommended
Storage: 3GB of free storage
GPU-Accelerated Solving (Windows): NVIDIA Maxwell architecture or newer, with at least 4 GB of VRAM. Up-to-date NVIDIA graphics drivers required for CUDA acceleration
Additional Notes: Basic loudspeaker placement, visualization, and pattern-based coverage prediction do not require an NVIDIA GPU. Advanced boundary and coupled acoustic simulations may demand substantially more memory depending on array size.
Official Installer
This purchase provides the official signed release of Boundary Lab Deploy for Windows & macOS, packaged for convenient installation without the need to manually compile the application or configure its software dependencies.
Your purchase directly supports JW Sound's continued development, maintenance, and improvement of Boundary Lab and its open source acoustic simulation tools.
The complete source code is publicly available on GitHub, where users are welcome to download, build, modify, and contribute to the project at no cost.
Upon purchase you will be emailed a text file with a download link to the installer.
